What You'll Do
1. Deliver outstanding service to consumers using our C.H.A.R.M. service model.
2. Contribute to creating an enjoyable team environment that encourages sharing suggestions, ideas, and concerns.
3. Assist in various store departments such as customer service, product knowledge, visual presentation, and stock management.
4. Support daily retail operations, including POS management, stock replenishment, pricing, promotions, and store cleanliness.
5. Lead by example and collaborate with Store Management to improve sales and performance metrics.
6. Adhere to Crocs, Inc. asset protection policies, including inventory control and shortage prevention.
