Your new role
We are seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst to join our client's manufacturing finance team. This strategic role supports both site-level and global manufacturing operations, partnering closely with operational leadership and corporate functions. You will play a key role in driving financial performance, investment analysis, and planning across a fast-paced, high-tech production environment.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Partnering with operations to drive cost control, inventory management, and CAPEX strategy
2. Developing product cost models and supporting short and long-term forecasting
3. Leading month-end close and financial reporting for manufacturing activities
4. Calculating ROI for capital investments and supporting statutory accounting
5. Collaborating globally to enhance FP&A systems and ensure compliance
What you'll need to succeed
We're looking for a finance professional with:
6. 5+ years of experience in FP&A, ideally within a manufacturing setting
7. A degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; ACA, ACCA, or CIMA preferred
8. Strong background in cost accounting and standard costing
9. Experience in large, global organisations with a matrix structure
10. Advanced Excel and ideally proficiency in Oracle ERP and Essbase
11. Exceptional communication skills and a proactive, collaborative mindset
