This is your opportunity to play a key role in delivering the next generation of aircraft at Airbus Broughton.As a Planning & Logistics Production Scheduler, you will be at the heart of operations, ensuring the seamless flow of materials and processes that support the assembly of aircraft wings and fuel systems. You'll join a collaborative and forward-thinking team working on the 'Wing of the Future' programme, supporting innovation and growth across the civil aerospace sector.What You'll Be DoingIn this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive efficient planning and logistics operations.
Your responsibilities will include:Coordinating the delivery of aircraft components to meet build schedules, cost targets, and operational prioritiesSupporting day-to-day production planning activities and responding quickly to changes in demandIdentifying risks, managing challenges, and implementing solutions to maintain production flowContributing to continuous improvement initiatives and supporting business performance projectsBuilding strong relationships with procurement teams and suppliers to mitigate delivery risksEnsuring logistics processes are followed and working closely with service providers to resolve issuesSupporting the deployment of the Airbus Operating System (AOS) across relevant areasPromoting a strong health, safety, and environmental culture through continuous improvementAbout YouWe're looking for someone who is driven, adaptable, and ready to make an impact from day one.
