About the Role
As a Wellbeing and Activities Assistant, you will support the Wellbeing Coordinator in delivering activities that promote residents' physical, cognitive, and social well-being. Your responsibilities will include:
* Maintaining a safe environment and contributing to the professional image of the home.
* Reporting changes in residents' physical or emotional conditions.
* Supporting with supplies for activities.
* Establishing links with the local community to promote intergenerational activities.
About You

* Have effective verbal and written communication skills.
* Have a positive attitude towards older people and a commitment to engaging activities.
* Experience working with older adults in a residential or dementia care setting.
