An established and strategically important organization is seeking a Legal Counsel to cover a maternity leave contract. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded solicitor to deliver high‑quality legal advice.
The Role
Responsibilities include supporting procurement and contracting processes to ensure effectiveness and sound risk management. This involves drafting and reviewing third‑party contracts, maintaining standard terms and conditions, and assisting with key contractual documentation. The role also involves conducting legal research and preparing briefings on competition law, public procurement, contract law and intellectual property.
The Candidate
Applications are now open to qualified solicitors with strong expertise in contract law and a broad understanding of company, commercial, regulatory, competition, procurement, governance and data protection law. The organization seeks an excellent drafter and communicator with a proven ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
The Package
