This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious Investment administrator looking to progress within Private Banking/Wealth Management.
Investment Administrator to provide comprehensive support to the Client Advisors as well as general office support, in the Edinburgh office.
Key Accountabilities
1. Assist Client Advisors with the management of Clients wealth
2. Provide support for client meetings - preparation of meeting packs, attending meetings where required and taking ownership of post meeting actions e.g. payments.
3. Contact clients as requested by the Client Advisors, by telephone, letter or in person in order to ensure client's needs are met, including arrangement of meetings and annual reviews
4. Answering client calls and queries professionally
5. Prepare, check and client valuation records.
6. Print valuations and statements, request payments and record cash receipts/transfers
Knowledge and Experience
7. Experience in UK Wealth Management industry or Financial Services
8. Experience of supporting a number of advisors
Technical Skills
9. Computer literate with good knowledge of Microsoft systems (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
10. Capable of using Intelligent Office
11. Working towards a CISI or CFA level 4 qualification
