The Role
You will manage a diverse caseload of both contentious and non-contentious employment matters, advising a broad range of clients including employers, employees, and senior executives. Work will include:
* Handling complex tribunal matters from start to finish
* Drafting contracts, policies, and handbooks
* Advising on discrimination, redundancy, TUPE, and disciplinary/grievance issues
* Supporting corporate transactions with employment due diligence
* Providing high-quality client service and building strong, lasting relationships
The Candidate
The ideal candidate will have:
* 3+ years' PQE (or equivalent experience) in Employment Law
* Strong technical knowledge and an up-to-date understanding of employment legislation
* Excellent communication, drafting, and negotiation skills
* A commercial and client-focused approach
* The ability to work autonomously and as part of a collaborative team
