We’re working with a fast-growing consumer health & wellness brand to hire a Supply Chain & Operations Manager to take ownership of their UK supply chain and operations.

What you’ll be doing:
* Managing the end-to-end UK supply chain – procurement, planning, logistics, and distribution.
* Owning and optimising Amazon supply chain processes – including vendor management, replenishment, FBA, inventory planning, and performance metrics.
* Leading demand planning and forecasting to maximise product availability.
* Partnering with suppliers, co-manufacturers, and distribution partners.
* Driving operational improvements and building scalable systems to support rapid growth.
What we’re looking for:
* Proven supply chain and operations management experience with strong Amazon expertise (essential).
* Hands-on knowledge of Amazon processes (FBA, forecasting, replenishment, vendor management).
* Background in FMCG, wellness, health, or consumer goods.
* A proactive operator with both strategic and executional ability.
* Experience in scaling or high-growth environments.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
