We're currently seeking an Administrator / Customer Service Support Officer to join our client based in Crawley on an ongoing temporary basis.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide general administrative support to the team, including data entry, document preparation, and filing.
* Respond to customer queries via phone and email, ensuring timely and professional communication
* Update and maintain internal databases and systems accurately.
* Process invoices, purchase orders, and other documentation as required.
* Schedule meetings, manage shared inboxes, and coordinate diaries where necessary.
* Support internal departments with ad hoc administrative and project tasks.
* Handle incoming correspondence and distribute to relevant team members.
What We're Looking For:
* Previous experience in an administrative or customer service-based role.
* Confident communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
