CRM Manager – eCommerce Marketplace | Liverpool Street | £50,000 - £60,000
A fast-growing eCommerce marketplace that’s scaling rapidly across international markets are looking for a CRM Manager to join their team in Liverpool Street. With a vibrant and engaged customer base, they're focused on delivering exceptional experiences—from product discovery to long-term retention.
You’ll take ownership of their CRM strategy from planning, executing, and optimising campaigns that engage customers and drive loyalty. From onboarding to post-purchase, you’ll shape the full lifecycle journey through targeted email marketing and segmentation. You will lead a team of 2 and will look to grow the team further.
Responsibilities
1. Plan and execute engaging CRM campaigns across the customer lifecycle—from onboarding to retention.
2. Develop and refine automated workflows that deliver the right message at the right time.
3. Use segmentation and behavioural data to personalise campaigns and improve relevance.
4. Collaborate with brand, content, design, and product teams to ensure emails are aligned, impactful, and on-brand.
5. Set clear campaign goals, monitor performance, and drive continuous optimisation through A/B testing and experimentation.
