Job summary Friendly two site surgery seeking enthusiastic Practice Nurse to join our well established Nursing team to cover 10 months of maternity leave. We are looking for an experienced and empathetic Practice Nurse who has preferably worked in a GP surgery before and to help ensure we maintain our exemplary performance. Our main surgery is located in the heart of the city centre alongside Corpus Christi College. Our branch surgery is in a new purpose built healthcare centre located in the nearby village of Trumpington. Parking is available at both sites. Main duties of the job The main duties of include various aspects of Practice Nursing including cervical screening, wound care and immunisations (as described in job description below). Different pay rates are available dependant on skills and experience. About us We have over 21,500 patients registered over 2 sites and a team of over 50 staff including pharmacists, physiotherapists and social prescribers. We hold regular Nurse and Practice team meetings. As a Practice we constantly strive for a good work life balance.
