Analysis Graduate (Adult Social Care)

Salary: £25,000 per annum plus £500 upon completion of probation

Contract terms: Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm (Part-time working options are available)

Annual leave: 25 days plus bank holidays (3 days allocated to Christmas closure)

Working one-to-one with learners or within small groups, you will design, plan, and deliver sessions that support their emotional wellbeing, independence, and social inclusion, making a significant difference in their lives. Our graduates receive support and supervision from some of the UK’s leading Behaviour Analytic experts while making a real difference to the lives of autistic adults and their families.


What will I be doing?

1. Providing behaviourally based support, care, and teaching to our autistic adults
2. Planning, preparing, and delivering activities that support learners’ decision-making, while promoting choice and involvement
3. Supporting learners’ participation in social, leisure, and educational activities and accessing work experience and employment opportunities
4. Collating, recording, and analysing data to monitor learners’ progress and ensure support is effective
5. Participating in training to achieve relevant qualifications, experience, and supervision
6. Ensuring learners’ individual needs are met through effective personal care that encourages and enables acceptable levels of hygiene

What do you need to apply?

* A desire to pursue a career in Social Care and Behaviour Analysis with a willingness to undertake further training
* Interest in autism and supporting adult learners
* Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Social Care or an Allied field
* Experience working with adults or young people with disabilities (professional, personal, or voluntary)
* Ability to keep accurate records and reports
* A positive, patient, caring attitude and ability to remain calm under pressure
* Interpersonal skills to work as part of a team and build relationships with learners, parents, and staff
* Comfort working with adults exhibiting challenging behaviour and supporting personal care where required
