Key Responsibilities:

Travel Program Operations & Service Delivery

10. Lead day-to-day execution of the global travel program, ensuring consistent service delivery, policy compliance, and a high-quality traveler experience

11. Oversee service desk operations, including traveler inquiries, issue resolution, and escalations

12. Partner with TMCs and suppliers to resolve complex issues and improve service outcomes

13. Support duty of care to include crisis monitoring and high-risk traveler tracking

Program Performance, Governance & Execution

14. Develop and deliver reporting, dashboards, and analytics to provide visibility into spend, behavior, and program performance

15. Maintain compliance tracking and support audits, including issue identification and resolution

16. Support travel-related financial processes and monitor supplier SLAs and KPIs to drive accountability and performance

17. Lead execution of program initiatives (RFPs, implementations, process enhancements) aligned to business priorities

18. Translate business needs into actionable plans, establishing standardized workflows to drive efficiency, consistency, and scalability

19. Manage travel website content and traveler communications to ensure clarity, accuracy, and engagement

Project Leadership & Continuous Improvement

20. Lead cross-functional initiatives from planning through execution, including roadmap development, milestone tracking, and delivery against KPIs

21. Identify risks, remove roadblocks, and escalate issues to maintain momentum and ensure successful outcomes

22. Prepare insights, analysis, and business cases to support leadership decision-making

23. Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including process optimization, digitization, automation, and adoption of self-service tools

24. Implement operating rhythms and performance tracking, including regular reporting and program reviews

25. Support broader business initiatives as required

What you can bring:

26. Experience in corporate program management

27. Strong knowledge of travel operations, supplier management and policy compliance

28. Experience in reporting, dashboard creation, and data analysis

29. Proficiency in corporate online booking tools, travel management companies, and travel program ecosystems

30. Experience managing cross-functional initiatives

31. Strong ability to drive program improvements

32. Strategic operator with ability to translate vision into execution

33. Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and reporting capabilities

34. Excellent executive-level communication skills

35. Strong project management and organizational skills with ability to manage competing priorities

36. High attention to detail with a focus on data integrity, operational accuracy, and consistency

37. Collaborative, solutions-oriented approach across global teams

38. Resilient and strong adaptability skills in fast-paced, evolving environments

39. Champions technology enabled solutions and automation

40. Degree or equivalent professional experience required
