Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills and a solid background in administrative tasks. Duties
* Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring a well-organised and efficient work environment.
* Handle incoming calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
* Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records.
* Utilise Microsoft Office and Google Workspace for document creation, spreadsheets, and presentations.
* Assist in bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks, including invoicing and expense tracking.
* Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes as required.
* Provide clerical support such as filing, typing correspondence, and managing office supplies.
* Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve office efficiency.
Experience
* Previous office experience is essential, with a strong emphasis on administrative roles.
* Proficient computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications.
* Familiarity with QuickBooks is advantageous but not mandatory.
* Demonstrated organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
* Experience in data entry and clerical duties is highly desirable.
