Associate Dean Research and Knowledge Exchange – FSE

Join to apply for the Associate Dean Research and Knowledge Exchange – FSE role at Centre for International Development and Training (CIDT).

This is an exciting opportunity for a world‑class senior academic to lead the Faculty’s Research and Knowledge Exchange portfolio. You will have a strong personal academic profile in a discipline aligned to the Faculty and be an experienced leader within the context of relevant UK HE policy including the REF and KEF.

Responsibilities

* Translate the Vision 2030 at Faculty level and the overall university strategy.
* Provide a compelling vision for the Faculty of Science and Engineering to be the driving force in research and knowledge exchange.
* Work with the Faculty Dean, Associate Deans, Heads of School, Heads of Research Centres and the Pro‑Vice‑Chancellor for Research and Knowledge Exchange.
* Lead a programme of transformation to ensure the Faculty makes a positive contribution to the achievement of key success measures.
