Job Title: Rental Support Agent
A vacancy has arisen for a Rental Support Agent within a leading provider of corporate vehicle rentals in the UK.
The principal purpose of the Rental Support Agent role is to liaise with customers and suppliers via various methods (telephone, fax, live chat, and email) to provide timely vehicle-rental solutions, effectively meeting the needs of the customer or company.
Responsibilities include:
1. Ensuring customer calls are handled efficiently and effectively, providing excellent customer service.
2. Building rapport quickly with new and existing customers and suppliers to maintain effective relationships.
3. Completing all related administration duties.
4. Processing customer rental agreements.
5. Supporting and assisting colleagues.
6. Liaising and negotiating with external suppliers when necessary.
