What You’ll Do
Leading the Format Delivery team, you will be responsible for translating our strategic goals into physical manifestations in-store. Your role will involve project managing the production of store‑specific design packs, overseeing relationships with contractors, driving high performance within your team, and ensuring that all store investments adhere to design principles and legal requirements. You will play a key role in continuous improvement, seeking feedback to enhance delivery processes, and acting as the gatekeeper for approved design standards, ensuring consistent and high‑quality customer experiences in our stores.
Who You Are
You are a seasoned leader with a proven track record in retail delivery and project management. You’ll have the proven ability to drive high team performance, develop strong relationships with contractors, and ensure right‑first‑time delivery of projects. With your expertise in managing cross‑functional relationships and applying brand guidelines in retail environments, you play a crucial role in transforming buildings into customer‑centric stores.
Essential Criteria
* Demonstrable experience leading retail delivery or store planning activities, working cross‑functionally and driving change through influencing others.
* Proven project management experience.
* Evidence of leading and developing teams, driving performance.
* Proven ability of managing and overseeing contractor/supplier/third‑party relationships.
* Ability to travel across the UK in line with business needs.
