Real Estate Finance Solicitor - Manchester
£50,000 - £65,000+ DOE
Oculus are currently working with an exceptional Top 200 Law Firm, based in Manchester. The firm in question have a very highly regarded Commercial Property team within the North West, ranking in the Legal 500 for the work they do.
This role offers a flexible hybrid working arrangement (3 days in the office, 2 days remote) and a competitive salary of £50,000 - £65,000+ DOE
The position involves advising on complex Real Estate Finance matters, across a range of national clientele, including but not limited to:
* Advice on secured lending to either borrower companies, alternative corporate entities, private individuals and pension trustees, with a particular focus on real estate/property
* Alternative and more complex loan structures
* Real estate development finance
* Advice on refinancing and restructuring
* Advice on the recoveries and enforcement process against defaulting borrowers
