Your new role
As Administrator duties include:
1. Making appointments.
2. Maintain diaries.
3. Receiving, processing and distributing iing mail, personally dealing with routine items.
4. Establish and maintain effective filing systems within the department
5. Maintain and update databases required within the department staff absences, training matrix, registrations
6. receiving telephone calls and taking action in accordance with procedures
7. stock control and ordering domestic cleaning supplies and toiletries on eProcurement system
8. Stock control and ordering food and kitchen supplies on eProcurement system
