About the Role You’ll be the welcoming face of our Cambridge HQ, making sure contractors and guests are properly coordinated, health & safety records are up to date, and office logistics (like supplies and room bookings) are handled with care. What You'll Be Doing Managing visitor bookings and inductions — ensuring a smooth and professional experience Coordinating site access, contractor checks, ID verification and travel logistics Organising meeting room schedules, office supplies, catering, and event prep Supporting site compliance records — including H&S, maintenance, and documentation Handling general admin tasks and acting as the first point of contact via phoneWhat We're Looking For 2 years’ experience in a facilities, admin, compliance, or front-of-house role Excellent organisational and communication skills A helpful, approachable attitude — calm under pressure, always one step ahead Strong attention to detail and pride in keeping things orderly Confident using Microsoft Office (especially Outlook, Excel, Word) Bonus: exposure to a technical or high-compliance environment (e.g. engineering, R&D, defence, pharma)Why Join Us?
