About the Role:
We are seeking a Receptionist to provide excellent customer service by communicating sympathetically and courteously with our PDSA clients. The role involves working at the hospital’s busy reception, processing client visits, answering phone inquiries, encouraging financial contributions, and maintaining paperwork.
This position is suitable for individuals who are highly resilient and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment with flexible hours to accommodate changing demands. The role may require weekend shifts and coverage during team member absences.
About You:
Successful candidates will be organized, possess good communication skills, and have an excellent telephone manner. Previous office experience, including word processing and using computerized record systems, is advantageous but not mandatory.
