Salary: £60,000 – £65,000 (DOE) plus bonus and company car
Job Overview
Responsible for driving sales growth within the South region, developing strategies, expanding market share, and improving profitability. Requires strong influence, analytical skills, and the ability to build and maintain key customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement regional sales plans aligned with company objectives
* Set and achieve sales targets, margin targets, and market share expansion
* Monitor sales performance and implement corrective actions when needed
* Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to grow market share
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
* Conduct competitor analysis and adjust strategies accordingly
* Act as main point of contact for allocated accounts within the region, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
* Address customer concerns and provide solutions to meet their needs
* Analyse sales data and market trends to make informed decisions
* Prepare detailed sales reports for senior management
* Utilise CRM tools for sales tracking and pipeline management
