McCarthy Stone is looking for a professional Duty Manager to join their team at their prestigious development, Lambrook Court in Bath.
Lambrook Court boasts a prime location in beautiful, historic Bath, a world-renowned spa town and the only city in the UK to have the entire city granted World Heritage Site status.
This is not traditional care, this is better!
Base salary: £14.02 per hour day rate and £11.44 sleeping night rate per hour plus additional pay (see below).
Hours: 33.5 per week (includes day and night shifts).
Day shifts vary between 08:45 and 16:30 or between 16:15 to 09:30.
Night shifts are from 21:30 to 09:00.
The Duty Manager sleeps between 23:00 and 07:00, providing emergency support only to homeowners throughout that period.

About you:
* You will be warm, friendly, organized, and self-motivated, with experience working in a care or support environment and excellent care skills.
* You will want to work in the Health and Social Care sector and preferably hold a QCF Health and Social Care (Adults) Level 3 qualification, though relevant experience and alternative qualifications will be considered.
* You are keen to manage the security of the development, looking after the safety and wellbeing of homeowners, and overseeing Care and Support teams.
* You can coordinate and facilitate activities that foster community spirit within the development.
* You are driven to grow your skills, lead by example, and think on your feet.
* You want to make a positive difference to the wellbeing and happiness of older people.
