We are partnering with a long established Lettings Agency, who are looking to add an experienced Property Manager to their team.
Key responsibilities of the role:
* Maintain first class relationships with landlords, tenants and other third parties
* Ensure portfolio remains compliant and in line with current regulations
* Manage reactive and scheduled property repairs/maintenance
* Arrange check ins/outs, periodic inspections
* Update property records in a timely and accurate manner
What's in it for you:
* Salary of £30,000 - £35,000 depending on experience

About you:
* Previous experience working within Property Management is essential
* Excellent verbal and written communication, and IT skills
* Strong organisational skills, able to prioritise a busy workload
* Solution focussed problem solver
* Full UK driving licence and use of own business appropriate car
