Job Description:
We are currently looking for care staff who are able to work 6pm to 10pm or 4pm to 10pm shifts. Car drivers are preferred and you would also need to work alternate weekends.

Role in home care
* assisting with mobility such as getting up and going to bed (including using specialist equipment)
* assisting with personal care tasks such as washing, dressing, continence and pressure area care.
* assisting with medication needs.
* assisting with domestic tasks such as shopping, preparing and assisting with meals, laundry and cleaning
* supporting access to the local community e.g. GP, shops, libraries and visiting family and friends.
* providing emotional and motivational support to encourage good mental health.
Role in supporting adults with learning disabilities, physical disabilities or mental health problems
* Accessing local social and leisure activities e.g. clubs, cinema, swimming
* Accessing appointments e.g. dentist, GP
* Promoting a healthy lifestyles e.g. healthy eating
* Developing practical skills e.g. meal planning and cooking
* Developing decision-making skills e.g. managing post and money
* Maintaining a tenancy
* Accessing education and employment
* Accessing social events, day trips and holidays
* Maintaining contact with friends and family
