Are you a creative and inspiring Art Teacher looking to nurture young talent and bring visual arts to life in the classroom?
Teaching Personnel is working in partnership with a number of vibrant and inclusive secondary schools in Walsalland surrounding areas, and we are currently recruiting for an enthusiastic Art Teacherto join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity to share your passion for art while making a lasting impact on students’ personal and academic development.
Role Responsibilites:
* Deliver creative and structured art lessons that meet the curriculum and inspire student engagement
* Guide students through the artistic process, from concept to finished piece
* Encourage experimentation and build students' confidence in expressing their ideas visually
* Organise and contribute to enrichment activities
* Assess student progress, providing constructive feedback to support development
* Create an inclusive, respectful classroom culture that values diversity and individual expression
Role Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
* Specialism in Art or a related creative discipline
* Experience teaching art at the secondary level
* Strong classroom management skills and an approachable, enthusiastic attitude
* A genuine passion for arts education and a commitment to student success
* Willingness to participate in whole-school activities and support wider school life

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
