Due to continued growth, they are looking for a skilled and motivated Middleweight Website Developer to join our team. The successful candidate will have strong technical expertise in building, maintaining, and optimising websites, alongside excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage projects independently. This role requires both creative and technical ability, as you’ll be involved in design, development, and client communication.
Duties
* Manage projects from concept through to delivery, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met
* Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions
* Optimise websites for performance, speed, and SEO best practices
* Use Photoshop or similar tools to edit and prepare graphics for web use
* Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and implement fixes efficiently
* Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and team members, including over the phone
* Stay up to date with industry trends, tools, and best practices
Key Skills & Requirements
* Strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to manage projects independently
* Excellent communication skills, including a confident and professional phone manner
* Experience using Photoshop or similar design software
* Strong attention to detail and a proactive problem-solving mindset
* Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
* Knowledge of SEO principles and analytics tools
