As a vital member of the Albert Bartlett team, the Finance Business Partner will work at the heart of our financial operations, helping to guide strategic financial decisions and ensure the alignment of financial performance with the overall business strategy. In this role, you will collaborate closely with various departments to drive financial performance, analyze trends, and provide insights to support decision-making. You will be responsible for budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis, as well as building strong relationships with stakeholders to understand their financial needs. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with internal teams to develop budgets, forecasts, and financial reports that reflect the company’s strategic goals. Analyze financial data and performance metrics to provide actionable insights and recommendations for improvements. Support the preparation of financial presentations for senior management, including variance analysis and trend insights. Ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with relevant regulations and standards. Act as a business partner to key stakeholders, providing financial guidance and support for decision-making processes. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide reporting on financial performance against targets. Identify and drive opportunities for cost efficiencies and operational improvements. Facilitate financial training and support for non-finance staff to enhance financial literacy across the organization. Requirements Qualifications: Part or fully qualified Accountant (ACCA / CIMA / ACA) with a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role. A strong understanding of management accounting and business partnering gained within an FMCG environment is beneficial, however not essential. Good time management skills, ability to prioritise workload and ability to work to strict reporting deadlines. Excellent analytical ability with a good attention to detail. Commercial and business awareness. Experience of ERP systems. Strong level of IT literacy, particularly MS Excel.
