We're looking for a Regional Swim Lead to drive the delivery, development, and growth of our swim programmes across a regional portfolio of 7 sites.
What you'll be doing:
As Regional Swim Lead, you'll be at the heart of our swim strategy, working closely with site teams to elevate programme performance and member experience. Reporting to the National Swim Manager, you'll:Champion operational excellence and innovation in swim offeringsSupport and coach site teams to deliver high-quality, safe, and consistent lessonsDrive revenue growth and ensure financial sustainability across your regionOptimise pool usage and introduce new lesson formats and training opportunitiesCollaborate with Senior Leadership Teams to align swim delivery with wider club operationsDeliver direct support for swim programs at club level, including managing swim budgets and developing swim staff.
We're Looking For:Strong leadership and coaching skillsCommercial awareness and budget management experienceDeep understanding of swim delivery, safety standards, and creating exceptional customer experiencesAnalytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data to inform decisions and drive improvementsCommercial awareness, including budget management and resource optimisation in a swim or leisure environmentStrong relationship-building skills to work effectively with club teams, Senior Leadership Teams, and external partnersKnowledge of safeguarding and risk management in aquatic environmentsMultisite experience or the ability to support multiple locations with consistency and adaptabilityProgramme delivery expertise, ensuring high-quality, inclusive swim offerings across all sitesOperational oversight, including scheduling, pool usage, and resource allocationStakeholder engagement, with excellent communication and collaboration skillsCommitment to compliance, supporting safeguarding standards and risk mitigation strategies
