The Role
The Nottingham office is looking to add a Corporate Associate or Senior Associate to its busy and expanding team. The successful candidate will:
* Work on a wide range of corporate transactions including M&A, private equity, capital markets, and cross-border deals
* Support on investment acquisitions, corporate structuring projects, and wider strategic matters
* Collaborate closely with the national Corporate team, gaining exposure to high-quality work across the UK
* Advise a broad mix of clients across sectors such as manufacturing, retail, education, and recruitment
* Play a key role in drafting, negotiating, and project managing complex deals
* Contribute to the continued growth and success of the Corporate team in Nottingham
You
The ideal candidate will:
* Be an experienced Corporate Solicitor with 4+ years PQE
* Have a strong background in M&A and private equity transactions
* Be confident managing transactions and supervising junior colleagues
* Enjoy working in a collaborative team environment with experienced dealmakers
* Be commercially minded, proactive, and solutions-driven
* Have the ambition to build long-term client relationships and support business development
* Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders at all levels
