This role involves leading outreach efforts in underserved communities, delivering Point of Care Testing for cardiovascular risks, and running educational sessions to promote understanding of heart health. You will be part of a dedicated team focused on improving health outcomes for populations facing significant health inequalities. The position is fixed term for 18 months, working 28 hours per week with flexible scheduling.
