An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly dedicated Band 6 Clinical Lead Nurse to join Swanswell Ward, one of our inpatient mental health teams based at The Caludon Centre, Coventry.
We welcome applicants who are committed to improving care for people who require inpatient mental health services and to innovate practice within a ward setting. Applicants will need to have substantial post‑registration experience. The post holder will be part of the Nursing team and work a wide span of duty, including weekends and nights, to ensure a high level of quality care is maintained. As part of the role you will support the Ward Manager in all aspects of delivering safe care to the patient group with an emphasis on ensuring quality and safety are maintained within the ward at all times.
