* Strong IT skills and proficiency in Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Main duties of the job
* Effectively coordinate and maintain Support Workers' rotas, ensuring continuity of care and appropriate client‑staff matching.
* Allocate fully trained staff in line with client‑specific care requirements.
* Respond efficiently to telephone and email enquiries.
* Use care planning and rostering systems such as People Planner and Access Care Planning (ACP).
* Liaise with clients, families, healthcare professionals, and colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery.
* Respond to changes in care requirements or scheduling swiftly and professionally.
* Provide regular support and supervision to the care team.
* Participate in the on‑call rota as part of a shared team responsibility.
* Hold a valid UK driving license, access to a vehicle, and the ability to obtain business insurance.

Implementationof thorough recruitment and vetting procedures of all Care & SupportWorkers.
Processing newclient referrals.
Permanent allocationof Care & Support Workers to all client visits and ensuring all visitsalways covered.
Administrationof all Individual Care & Support Agreements.
Maintaining clientand Care & Support Worker office files and ensuring that they are always upto date.
Maintainingcomputer system up to date at all times.
Ensuring all clientsand Care & Support Worker documentation and electronic records are kept upto date at all times.
Ensuring all otherrecords are kept up to date.
To work closelywith the Case Leaders.
To ensurecompliance with all office systems and procedures.
Assistance withwages and invoice processing.
Production ofreports and management information as required.
Person Specification
Qualifications
* Computer literate and able to use Outlook, Word Excel and other computer systems.
* Background in the care sector coordinating rotas
* An excellent professional communicator
* Level 3 NVQ Health & Social Care Qualification or any other related subject.
