The Role
This is a 360 perm role where you'll have the chance to build and develop your own desk - supported by an established client base and incoming opportunities, alongside the expectation to generate your own business.
You'll be working within a team that values consistency, collaboration, and doing the basics well - day in, day out.
What You'll Be Doing
* Developing new business while maximising existing client relationships
* Working on warm leads and converting them into long-term partnerships
* Managing the full recruitment lifecycle with structure and pace
* Building a strong, reliable pipeline of candidates and clients
* Negotiating and closing placements
What We're Looking For
* Experience in permanent recruitment
* A proven ability to bill and manage a desk
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* A proactive mindset with a balanced approach to business development
* Sector experience is helpful, but not essential
