Salary: £46,775.42 and a 5% shift allowance for weekend working.

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team at HMP Woodhill, a High Security and Adult/Male prison. Join a team that works Monday to Sunday as a supportive and driven family, working together to create a safe and nurturing environment. As part of the Facilities Maintenance Team you will help keep the prison functioning safely and securely.
Responsibilities
As an Electrical Supervisor you will work alongside experienced colleagues across a range of trades, ensuring a safe and secure environment for all prisoners, employees and visitors.
Qualifications
* Five years’ experience as an electrician or equivalent
* Experience working on commercial or industrial electrical, building services
* Experience of supervising staff
* Full driving licence, preferably with D1
* C&G 2367 or 2357 (Electrical Installation) and NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installations or equivalent
* Certificate in BS7671 – The Requirements for Electrical Installations, 17th or 18th Edition
* Good Health & Safety knowledge
* Excellent organisational, time‑management and people skills
