Our Rehabilitation Support Workers are comprehensively trained to work alongside our neuro-therapy team to implement goals and strategies as we see people regain lost skills and confidence in order to move onto a more fulfilled life. We are incredibly passionate about what we do and don't need people with vast care experience as in-depth training and mentoring is provided by our amazing team. What we need is a variety of different types of people who are kind, grounded and proactive, who love working in a positive, creative team.
This is a residential role working at either our central Rotherham service or Worsbrough, Barnsley service.
The role involves working on a varied rota including weekend work.
We have excellent career development programmes and opportunities support you in your role, including a staff awards and a management training programme.
This role is on a rota basis, which includes evening and weekend work. It will include some personal care, depending on the needs of the people in the service.
Bank/occasional, part time and full-time contracts are available.
No uniform is required.
