Key Responsibilities:
* Support teachers in delivering engaging and creative lessons across multiple key stages
* Assist in developing and implementing personalised learning plans to meet individual needs
* Provide targeted one-to-one support for pupils who need additional help
* Create a positive, inclusive, and inspiring classroom environment
* Contribute to lesson planning and classroom activities
* Monitor pupil progress and give constructive feedback to promote growth
What We're Looking For:
* Previous HLTA experience or a similar educational support role (preferred)
* A genuine commitment to helping children succeed
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively
* A proactive, adaptable team player with a flexible approach
