Tasks
* 8+ years of experience in BYWMS and expertise in both RP2009 and newer versions.
* In-depth knowledge of warehouse operations including Receiving, Putaway, Picking, Packing, Shipping, Inventory Control, and Kitting processes.
* Diagnose and resolve WMS transaction failures, data inconsistencies, and system anomalies.
* Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support seamless end‑to‑end supply chain execution.
* Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for system enhancements and configuration updates.
* Work closely with technical teams to support customizations, integrations, reporting, and label design.
Requirements
Required Skills
* Lead and support BYWMS implementation and migration projects.
* Create and manage user stories and tasks using JIRA for agile project tracking.
* Utilize MOCA commands for in‑depth analysis and troubleshooting within BYWMS.
* Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with cross‑functional stakeholders.
