Duties:
- Accurately dispense prescribed medications to patients
- Ensure proper labeling and packaging of medications
- Provide clear instructions to patients on how to take their medications
- Collaborate with pharmacists and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care
- Maintain accurate records of medication inventory and orders
- Assist in the preparation of medication orders for delivery or pickup
- Adhere to all pharmacy regulations and guidelines
Skills:
- Pharmacy technician certification or relevant experience
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceuticals and medication administration
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in dispensing medications
- Exceptional organizational skills to maintain accurate records and inventory
- Effective communication skills to provide clear instructions to patients
- Ability to work well in a team environment
