Teaching Personnel is looking for enthusiastic, caring, and reliable individuals to join our supply team in primary schools across Cardiff. This is an exciting opportunity for anyone passionate about working with children, supporting their learning, and making a real difference in the classroom.
As an unqualified teaching assistant, you will play a key role in helping teachers deliver lessons, supporting children with their learning, and creating a positive and engaging classroom environment. No prior experience is necessary – what matters most is your energy, friendliness, and willingness to get stuck in. You’ll gain hands-on experience working with children of different ages, and have the chance to develop valuable skills in education that could lead to further opportunities in teaching.
To apply, candidates must have a DBS and EWC registration. If you don’t yet have these, don’t worry – we can support you through the application process. Once cleared through vetting, you’ll be ready to start supporting schools and helping children thrive.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
