Our in-house team at North Yorkshire Council manage accounts ranging from leisure and cultural venues to behavioural change campaigns and destination marketing. We also have a broad range of business clients working with us on everything from housing to highways construction. We are looking for experienced account managers to support our internal team. The communications unit provides a service on behalf of the council to customers internally and externally. This includes media liaison and crisis management, creative editorial production and direction, media training, internal and external customer communications, consultations, marketing campaigns, design, branding, video production, social media training/governance and management, website training/governance/management. The whole team plays a critical role in supporting North Yorkshire Councils clear focus on delivering channel shift supporting customers to interact and transact with us online.
