Job summary

This is a casual, part-time role offering flexible working as a Bank Activities Coordinator at a Barchester care home. Main duties of the job

As a Bank Activities Coordinator, you will be responsible for devising and implementing tailored activities programmes that maximize the wellbeing, independence and social engagement of the residents. You will need to be warm, empathetic and personable, with strong organizational skills and a driven mindset to ensure that things get done. Your infectious enthusiasm and creative approach will inspire the residents and staff to participate in activities both within the home and in the local community.

An extremely rewarding role, part of your time as a Bank Activities Coordinator will be spent getting to know our residents and their families before you create tailored activities programmes focused on maximising everyone's wellbeing, independence and social engagement.

Your organisational skills and driven mind-set mean you always get things done and make things happen.
