Project Manager : Construction
Location: East Kent
Salary: A GBP 40,000 : A GBP 50,000 p.a.
Job Type: Permanent, Full Time
The Role
* Leading construction projects from client handover through to final completion
* Acting as the main point of contact for clients during delivery
* Managing multiple live projects across design, production, and site teams
* Owning programme, cost, quality, and risk throughout the project lifecycle
* Driving clear communication, progress reporting, and issue resolution
* Managing variations, scope changes, and project close:out
* Supporting on:site safety, risk audits, and compliance
What Theyre Looking For
* Proven experience as a Project Manager within construction or project:led environments
* Strong programme management and coordination skills
* Commercial awareness with confidence managing costs and variations
* Ability to read drawings, schedules, and scopes of work
* Confident communicator with clients and internal teams
* Organised, calm under pressure, and solutions:focused
* Comfortable using Excel and project tracking systems
