The opportunity ✅
We are looking for a SaaS Marketing Pro to take our product to market through building and executing the GTM Marketing strategy. This is a rare opportunity to shape the entire Marketing function of our early‑stage B2B SaaS company. You will own the growth engine from the ground up, launch planning, messaging, lead generation, paid acquisition, content and experiment‑driven optimisation.
This is a hybrid working opportunity based out of either our Manchester or Padiham, Burnley offices.
What you’ll own ☝️
* Develop and execute the end‑to‑end GTM plan for Sense’s B2B platform
* Define positioning, messaging and value propositions aligned to buyer needs
* Create launch campaigns that drive awareness and demand
* Build and optimise full‑funnel acquisition campaigns across paid media, email, website and emerging channels
* Set up, run and scale paid search, LinkedIn and retargeting campaigns
* Implement marketing analytics, tracking and reporting to measure the effectiveness of all growth activity
Content & Product Marketing
* Develop compelling content across blogs, case studies, landing pages, email nurture flows, and sales enablement materials
* Support storytelling around the product, data insights, and customer value
* Work with outsourced or freelance partners for specialist content or creative needs when appropriate
* Work closely with our Head of Digital to drive our website as a growth asset – optimise pages, create new landing pages, run A/B tests and improve on‑site conversion
* Build scalable nurture flows to turn early interest into opportunities
Brand & Social Presence
* Help to shape the early brand expression – tone, visual consistency, audience voice
* Manage our social presence (with the option to outsource parts of this)
Requirements ✅
* 4‑7 years+ of hands‑on digital marketing or growth experience, in fast‑growth SaaS startups
* Experience across lead generation, paid media, content, marketing ops, analytics and landing page optimisation
* Proven success managing paid campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta, driving measurable ROI
* You have a strong grasp of funnel optimisation, A/B testing and conversion rate optimisation
* Owning your KPIs and decision making
* Highly skilled in HubSpot Marketing Hub and other lead generation software
* You are highly data‑driven, with the ability to translate metrics into strategy
* Entrepreneurial, resourceful and comfortable working in a fast‑moving startup environment
