Service Coordinator Temporary - Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm Stoke on Trent £12.60 per hour We're supporting a well-established engineering and service business in the Staffordshire area, seeking an experienced Service Coordinator/Planner to join their small and friendly support team. This is a temporary role until March 2026. If you're organised, confident, and experienced working with a CRM and coordinating engineers or maintenance schedules, this could be a brilliant opportunity to join a busy, supportive environment. Key Responsibilities Coordinating engineers' schedules, appointments and weekly diaries Booking in service visits and arranging travel plans Managing customer PPM contracts and ensuring timely service delivery Supporting with emergency callouts and incoming enquiries Handling calls, emails and other correspondence Monitoring office supplies and placing orders Chasing outstanding payments where needed Collating engineer hours/overtime for payroll Maintaining accurate records across CRM and internal systems Producing reports and supporting general office administration Desired Skills and Experience Minimum 2 years' experience in a service coordination, scheduling or admin role Confident communicator, especially over the phone Highly organised, proactive and able to prioritise a busy workload Strong IT skills - Office 365 experience with CRM/service management software (SimPro or similar) Proven time management and ability to meet deadlines under pressure.
