We're currently recruiting for Senior Residential Support Workers across Stockport, Middleton, and Oldham - with 3 brand-new services opening!
If you're an experienced support worker ready to step up (or already operating at senior level), this is a brilliant opportunity to join growing services right at the start.
Role Details
* Position: Senior Residential Support Worker
* Locations: Stockport, Middleton & Oldham
* Shift Pattern: 2 on, 4 off
* Pay: £14.50 per hour
* Sleep Rate: £50 per sleep-in
Requirements
* NVQ Level 3 in Children & Young People (or equivalent)
* Experience working within children's residential settings
* Confident supporting young people with complex needs
* Strong safeguarding knowledge and leadership qualities
