We are now seeking an experienced Business Compliance Manager to play a key strategic role in driving compliance, safety, and continuous improvement across the business. The Role The Business Compliance Manager will lead the organisation's efforts in regulatory compliance, workplace health & safety, and environmental management, ensuring adherence to recognised standards including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 18001. This role is critical in shaping operational excellence, mitigating risk, and supporting long-term sustainable growth. A strong manufacturing background is essential, with welding and fabrication experience highly desirable.
