* Based in the London Borough of Bromley
* Supporting KS3-KS4 students through music and mentoring
* Full-time, long-term role starting ASAP
* Ideal for musicians with experience in SEN or SEMH settings
Are you a passionate musician with a strong interest in supporting young people with SEMH needs? Do you have experience working in SEN or alternative provision settings? Or are you looking to use your musical skills in a meaningful and therapeutic way? If so, this could be the perfect opportunity for you! The Role - Music HLTA / Behaviour Mentor
* Supporting students aged 11–16 with SEMH needs
* Delivering engaging music sessions and mentoring pupils with behavioural challenges
* Working closely with the SEN and pastoral teams to promote emotional regulation
* Helping students express themselves through music and build positive relationships
* Providing 1:1 and small group support across the curriculum
* Prior experience in SEMH or SEN settings is desirable but not essential
