My client is looking to recruit three experienced Conveyancing Assistants to join their growing team, with two positions based in Ilkley and one in Bradford.
About the Role:
As a Conveyancing Assistant, you will provide efficient and professional support to fee earners, contributing to the success and profitability of the department. You'll be involved in a range of tasks including:
* Supporting fee earners with file creation and client care correspondence;
* Handling routine client enquiries and communications;
* Managing matter start and completion data;
* Deputising for fee earners during absences;
* Ensuring high standards of client care and confidentiality; and
* Promoting the firm's services and ethos in line with our business plan.
Key Requirements:
* Previous experience in conveyancing is essential.
* Strong organisational and communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Commitment to delivering excellent client service.
