My client is looking to recruit three experienced Conveyancing Assistants to join their growing team, with two positions based in Ilkley and one in Bradford.
About the Role:
As a Conveyancing Assistant, you will provide efficient and professional support to fee earners, contributing to the success and profitability of the department. You’ll be involved in a range of tasks including:
1. Supporting fee earners with file creation and client care correspondence;
2. Handling routine client enquiries andmunications;
3. Managing matter start andpletion data;
4. Deputising for fee earners during absences;
5. Ensuring high standards of client care and confidentiality; and
6. Promoting the firm’s services and ethos in line with our business plan.
Key Requirements:
7. Previous experience in conveyancing is essential.
8. Strong organisational andmunication skills.
9. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
