They're looking for a HR & Talent Manager to join their team who can establish and grow their HR Function. About the Role
As HR & Talent Manager, you will take full ownership of the people function in a fast-moving, early-stage environment. This is an opportunity to be the first dedicated HR and talent hire, working closely with the leadership team to design, build, and deliver people practices that enable growth.
The role is broad and hands-on, spanning recruitment, HR operations, performance, and day-to-day people matters. You will be moving between strategic thinking and practical execution, bringing structure where it adds value while maintaining pace and flexibility.
